A Strategic Rebrand for a Procurement Industry Leader

Design Challenges

The original branding had become outdated, making it less competitive in the current marketplace. The challenge was to update the visual identity without losing the premium feel that their clientele had grown to associate with the name “Everything Hotel.”

Another key challenge was structuring a website that could clearly articulate their expanded services while also showcasing their proven methodology. Their proprietary 12-step procurement process needed to be communicated with both clarity and visual appeal. Additionally, case studies—central to establishing credibility had to be featured prominently and presented in a modern, engaging format.

Our Approach

We began with an in-depth discovery phase to understand the company’s evolution and their desired brand positioning. From there, we carefully redesigned the logo refining its typography and form to preserve its upscale appearance while introducing a more modern and versatile color palette suitable for a broader industry presence.

For the website, we introduced a fluid and fully responsive design tailored to showcase their full suite of procurement services. Special attention was given to the 12-step process, which we presented as a dedicated, visually segmented section with icons and descriptive content, helping users understand their comprehensive approach at a glance.

We also restructured and redesigned the case study section to improve readability, introduce visual storytelling, and provide a clear narrative of the problems solved. The site was built with performance and scalability in mind, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

On the technical side, we applied on-site SEO best practices across all key pages and service descriptions to ensure Everything Hotel is well-positioned for organic traffic growth.

Results

We successfully launched the new Everything Hotel website and brand identity within the agreed timeline, without any disruption to their operations. The rebrand was met with strong approval from both internal stakeholders and external clients.
