Known for serving a wide range of international clients, WordGalaxy approached Hexaline with the goal of rebranding their visual identity and redesigning their website to match the modern, evolving standards of the global language services industry. With a strong presence in content-driven sectors, WordGalaxy wanted a digital transformation that retained some legacy elements especially from their original branding while projecting a more modern, polished presence. A key requirement was to preserve their large, active blog section, which had become a vital part of their client engagement and SEO strategy.

Design Challenges
The primary challenge was to evolve WordGalaxy’s brand without disconnecting from its original identity. The galaxy element in the previous logo had emotional and historical value, so it had to be carefully reimagined rather than removed.
On the website side, clarity and fluidity were top priorities. With an extensive and regularly updated blog section, we needed to ensure the content remained accessible, was easier to browse, and integrated seamlessly into the new design language. The client also wanted a more dynamic homepage experience that could instantly capture attention while remaining professional.
Our Approach
Our process began with an in-depth brand and content review to understand WordGalaxy’s audience and objectives. We then set about redesigning the logo modernizing its visual structure while retaining the signature galaxy motif. The result was a clean, scalable logo that speaks to both legacy and innovation.
For the website, we introduced a fully responsive, fluid layout designed to highlight core services and encourage user engagement. A bold hero video on the landing page was implemented to create an immersive first impression and align visually with the new brand direction. We carefully restructured all blog content with improved categorization, navigation, and readability, enhancing both usability and SEO performance.
The new brand aesthetic centered around the rich, modern Purple Orchid color, combined with clean typography, minimalist icons, and intuitive layouts. Mobile responsiveness was a key part of our development process, ensuring seamless interaction across smartphones, tablets, and desktops. We also implemented on-site SEO best practices throughout the site to support ongoing visibility and traffic growth.
Results
